This past Friday, I did a workshop called "Cutting Manual Tasks with AI + THINK."
I showed three ways to cut tasks: with a prompt, a chatbot, and an AI agent.
I built a landing page in less than a minute with a prompt.
The chatbot showed how to handle customer questions as tier-one support.
The AI agent found sales leads by searching a database. It used scoring rules; I linked to it.
When it found good leads, it added them to a Google Sheet and sent a Daily Digest email.
See the difference?
One is a simple tool.
The chatbot puts a few tools together.
The agent is like a helper that can think on its own.
AI automation is a recipe - you follow the same steps every time.
But when things change, you have to retool or start over.
An agent is more like a helper that can learn and change.
It focuses on the goal, not just the steps.
Ask yourself: "Will I still need this next year? Will it help me grow?"
The world is moving toward AI that works with you, not just for you.
The teams who get this now will be way ahead next year.
