THINK School

Last month, I hit a wall.

I sat down to check my goals for 2025 that I'd mapped out back in January.

As I reviewed my progress in Claude, something became painfully clear. I had a flaw in my business model.

My calendar was packed with sales calls.

We were working on a software product (AI Scout), running the THINK School newsletter, and offering implementation services.

But despite all the sales meetings, my projections were not quite where I forecasted.

I'd leave calls after giving away tons of free value, but people would say "thanks" without converting to a paid offer.

All those consultations would have little to show for them.

Sound familiar?

The problem wasn't my expertise or even my offerings.

It was something more fundamental.

The Problem: Misaligned Business Focus

As I dug deeper with Claude, I realized my business did not share a unified focus.

The THINK approach was the WHAT, not the Why.

Although I mentioned cutting manual tasks in my newsletter, my services and software were not aligned with this transformation.

The result?

Complexity.

When people couldn't quickly see how everything fit together, the urgency was not there.

How Claude Helped Me Fix It

I needed clarity.

I created an AI Scaling project in Claude and got to work.

First, I fed Claude all my business data—goals, offerings, and customer notes. I uploaded files from successful projects and notes from calls that went nowhere.

I then told Claude where I was struggling and what my targets were.

Then I asked Claude to interview me about my business.

The questions were revealing:

"What transformation do your best customers want?" "Where do you see the most energy in your sales calls?" "Which offerings naturally connect?"

The pattern became clear.

When I focused on helping people cut manual tasks, everything clicked.

But I'd been spreading myself too thin with too many paths for people.

In just 10 minutes, Claude helped me see what I'd missed: I needed one clear lead magnet for one singular focus.
