Last week, at one of my workshops, I met a business owner.

She ran a successful business but needed help.

She had to write a proposal that was due in two days. She was curious if AI could help.

I said, absolutely.

She was excited and cautious when I told her we could build her own Custom GPT.

Here's what we did:

I asked her to create a folder with past proposals, company data, and how she scored and decided on what to bid on and put it into a folder to share. Things her team uses all the time when responding to proposals.

Then, I showed her and her team AI could assist.

I gave them a simple method to apply the Hypothesis in THINK.

We gave it all this information and showed it what to do. Before we finished our meeting, we had written a section of the proposal.

The best part it took under 10 minutes to build.

I wrote one prompt for a CustomGPT, created the GPT with ChatGPT, and uploaded her data, and that was it.

Why is this important?

It shows how quickly AI can turn a lost opportunity into one.

You don't need to be a tech expert to use it. And it's not just for writing sales pitches - it can help with many other tasks, too.

Think about your own goals. What do you do over and over? What takes up too much time?

Maybe reports or a spreadsheet you work with.

Maybe you need help on a project. Whatever your need, AI can make it easier and faster.

Start small with AI: try one thing, see if it works, and then do more. That is the Hypothesis in THINK in action.
