Make 2025 'The Year': Create A 30-Day AI Blueprint With This Prompt
Stop treating AI as a task machine. Start using it as your growth engine.
As 2024 comes to a close.
Everyone's talking about how AI will impact 2025.
The shiny new tools promise to save time and productivity and help you do more.
There is evidence this is happening for some, and the return on AI is growing faster than just a few years ago.
And yet, despite the buzz, most people won’t get as much out of it as they should.
Why?
Because they fall into three distinct groups, each missing the full potential of AI:
Curiosity Seekers: These people are continually exploring but never executing. They're fascinated by AI's capabilities but struggle to connect them to business outcomes. They collect prompts like trading cards, which are interesting to look at, but they do not put them to work.
Enthusiasts: The "AI everything" crowd. They've automated their email responses, generated countless blog posts, and created more tasks than they've eliminated. They're busy, but are they better off?
Impact Drivers: The rare breed. They don't care about AI, for AI's sake. They care about results. Every prompt is tied to revenue. Every automation links to growth. They're not doing more – they're doing better.
The 30-Day Shift: From Seeker to Driver
Week 1: Find Your Focus. Instead of exploring random AI tools, map your revenue-driving activities. What moves the needle in your business? That's where AI belongs.
Week 2: Test and learn: Run rapid experiments on real metrics—not vanity metrics like "content created" but revenue metrics like "deals closed."
Week 3: Scale Winners Double down on what works. Build systems around profitable actions. Cut everything else.
Week 4: Drive Impact. Expand your winning plays, target high-value accounts, and build automated lead funnels that convert.
Here’s a step-by-step structure for creating a 30-day AI Blueprint.
Building the Prompt Plan.
Step 1: Identify Your Focus Area (Week Theme)
Clearly define the week’s focus.
Example: “Week 1: Strategic Task Identification and Prioritization.”
Step 2: Set the Week’s Goal and Reflection Point
Goal: What outcome is expected by the end of the week?
Example: “Identify tasks directly linked to high-level objectives.”
Reflection Point: A guiding question to evaluate progress.
Example: “Are we focused on tasks that directly contribute to our strategic goals?”
Step 3: Break the Week Into Daily Activities
Assign specific, incremental daily tasks leading to the week’s goal.
Example for Day 1: “List out key strategic objectives for the quarter.”
Step 4: Add Specific Instructions for Each Task
Provide actionable steps for each activity.
Example for Day 2: “For each strategic objective, identify critical tasks that support achieving this goal, such as ‘lead qualification’ or ‘customer feedback analysis.’”
Step 5: Incorporate AI Prompts Where Relevant
Add a clear AI-focused prompt for each activity to assist with task execution.
Example: Day 5: Research AI Tools Linked to Strategic Needs
Prompt: “Identify AI tools for lead scoring and sentiment analysis that align with my business’s strategic objectives.”
Step 6: Include Reflection and Adjustment Days
