Compound Leverage
I was staring at a Google Meet transcript from last week. Client app review.
The transcript and notes from the meeting needed to be converted into Trello tickets.
My team member pinged me: "Hey, are my Trello tickets ready?"
Nope.
Sound familiar?
That's when it hit me: I'm literally teaching people to eliminate this. Time to eat my own cooking.
The Moment of Truth
Most people use AI like this: Open Claude → Write prompt → Copy output → Close tab → Forget everything → Start over the next day.
It's like having a brilliant assistant with amnesia.
What if Claude could create and assign the tickets for you?
That's what I built in 3 minutes flat.
The Strategic Prompt Structure
Role Context - "You are a Product Manager who is an expert as analyzing requirements"
Specific Outcome - "Convert ALL updates from the meeting transcript into assigned Trello cards and send the tasks to [X} Trello Board and [X] List on the board"
Our Process - "Assign backend tasks to Devin, Frontend to me"
Quality Rules - "Every card needs context from the discussion."
Exact Output - "Add Cards to the To Do list"
But here's the kicker - I didn't just write a prompt.
I connected Claude directly to our Trello account.
The 2-Minute Setup (One time only)
Here's the exact path:
Open Claude desktop or web
Go to Settings → Connectors
Find Zapier MCP → Connect
Authenticate your Zapier account
Inside Zapier, connect your Trello account to the Zapier MCP
Six steps. Two minutes. Done forever.
You will see these options in Claude.

Now, Claude doesn't just respond; it does.
It creates Cards in Trello and assigns them to the right person. With the right context.
My transcript became 12 perfectly organized cards with titles and task details.
The Real Magic
My teammate THANKED me for getting him what he needed.
That's the difference. It's not about the automation. It's about embedding your thinking and tools to eliminate manual work.
What This Means
Right now you're probably:
Taking notes that become homework
Using project tools that require manual entry
You have all the pieces. You simply need a new approach to your work.
The Missing Piece
Here's what kills most automation attempts: Building without structure. Hoping generic prompts understand your context.
You need the right approach to a problem, not a new automation.
Get it wrong? You're back to manual work. Get it right? You eliminate hours of work.
Your Next Move
I've packaged everything into the THINK Guide.
No more trial and error. No more starting from scratch.
What task did you avoid this week that you can use Claude or ChatGPT to do for you?
That's your sign to try using a Connector in Claude or ChatGPT.
