Make sure Use automatically in chat is enabled.
Step 2: Write your command (the prompt): “Check unread messages from the past 48 hours and identify emails that require follow-up. Ask targeted questions based on the summary criteria, then assist in drafting responses. Once approved, schedule follow-up summary tasks at 8 am and 3 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.”
Step 3: Tell it how often to run
That's it. No weeks. No tech debt. No broken workflows.
Your digital employee now sends daily summaries. No flags missed, no drafting responses.
Here's what happens: At 8 am and 3 pm, ChatGPT sends you a notification with a summary. High-priority follow-ups listed. Context included. Suggested responses ready.
