I was on a walk last week; it got me thinking about how fast the time has flown.

We are about to hit the last 90 days of the year, and as I look at a few of my targets, I’m not quite where I hoped I’d be.

The great thing is it’s not too late to make a difference.

Momentum is a funny thing. It is invisible, and then, out of nowhere, you start seeing small wins, then those tiny wins compound, and the next thing you know, you are on your way.

The beauty is this is where AI, in combination with your thinking, can take you to a different place.

This past week, I saw it, and you can too.

Adopt a simple system to make the next 90 days to make your year a success.

I am sure you see videos online of people and companies using AI to generate millions or more, create products, or eliminate manual work without coding skills.

We will break down an approach you can use to give you a roadmap from the (T)ask to step in the THINK method to help you get started.

Let me break it down for you:

  1. Define Your 90-Day Success Goal

    • Determine what accomplishment would make the year successful if achieved in 90 days.

  2. Write Down Measurable and Quantifiable Outcomes

    • Ensure the outcome is specific and quantifiable.

  3. List 3 to 5 Key Accomplishment Actions

    • Break down your measurable outcomes into actionable sub-goals. Here is an example. Action: Send 200 LinkedIn connection requests weeklyOutcome: Obtain 40 new connectionsConversion: Convert 10 of these connections into initial introductory calls

  4. Identify 3 Ways You Can Use AI to Increase Productivity Related to Item 3

    • In what way can AI help you achieve each key action faster?

  5. Select the Highest-Impact and Easiest AI Action

    • Choose the task that offers the best benefit with the least effort and cost.

    • Focus on this task first using AI, then proceed to the next one sequentially.

Real-World Example:
Suppose you want to increase the number of proposals submitted using AI. Here’s how you can leverage AI tools like ChatGPT:

  1. Automate Proposal Searches: Use AI to quickly scan through thousands of proposal opportunities and recommend the best fits.

  2. Cut Decision-Making Time: Implement AI to evaluate which proposals to bid on based on your unique criteria.

  3. Response Faster: Use AI to draft and respond to proposals to submit more bids quicker without compromising quality.

Additionally, tools like ChatGPT and Claude can:
